Do you make shipments to non-European countries? I live in North/South America, Asia, Australia, North/South Africa.

Yes, Contreboutiques.com ships anywhere in the world with SDA, EXPORT BOX and DHL, including countries outside the European Union. We remind you that shipment to countries outside Europe is subject to customs duties and import taxes according to the laws of the country of residence, which are at the end customer’s expense.

If I live in a country within the European Union, what is the shipment cost?

In EU countries, shipment is free for orders with a value exceeding 250 euro in a single transaction. Otherwise the cost is 17.00 euro.

Is the Contreboutiques.com website secure?

The Contreboutiques.com website is secure: all data contained within the platform are stored in an administrative software package with encoded entry and encrypted passwords. Furthermore, credit card numbers are not recorded on the website but are memorised on a secure website of the credit institution Banca Sella, which carries out the transaction, and encrypted via the SSL certificate of the bank server. Customs duties are very high in my country. Is it possible to declare a different value or declare the shipment as a gift?

We are sorry to inform our customers that it will not be possible to declare a value different to that paid let alone declare that the order is a gift. Every product shipped by Contreboutiques.com will be accompanied by a standard invoice declaring the value of the product.

I and a friend bought the same bag on two different days but I was debited a higher price. Why?

Where is my order?

When the order is shipped, Contreboutiques.com sends you an automated email containing the shipping number supplied by SDA or Export Box. You can therefore follow the delivery status by entering the code on the courier’s website www.sda.it.

How much must I pay in taxes and/or customs duties?

Contreboutiques.com shows prices including and excluding VAT. When the destination country of the goods is indicated during the purchase process, the exemption or otherwise from VAT and the shipping cost will be calculated automatically. The final amount to be charged and invoiced therefore includes taxes but not customs duties, which remain at the end customer’s expense.
